I. Main Functions

1. Equipped with a 5-inch LCD touch screen for fully automatic sectioning operation.

2. Dual display screens and dual operation consoles for convenient operation.

3. Sectioning accuracy of 0.1μm.

4. Equipped with a semi-sectioning function, which greatly improves the efficiency of trimming and sectioning.

5. Three groups of data memory and storage functions, allowing free switching of setting parameters among multiple users. The three groups of memory data can store the initial tool setting position when sectioning tissues of the same model and thickness, enabling automatic tool setting for subsequent sectioning and effectively improving the speed of tool setting, trimming and sectioning.

6. Three trimming modes: operable via small handwheel, lateral console and screen touch (customizable), facilitating tool setting, trimming and sectioning operations.

8. The specimen head has a built-in retraction function (which can be turned off) and can be set arbitrarily between 0-300μm to avoid damaging the specimen during sectioning.

9. Unique spring handwheel balance, which can be adjusted according to different specimen chucks to make the handwheel rotate easily with inertia and reduce sectioning fatigue.

10. The knife holder angle is adjustable from 0° to 15° to adapt to sectioning of different tissues.

11. The knife holder has a quick-locking function and can move left and right. It is equipped with a built-in knife protection and pushing device for convenient use.

12. The specimen head angle ranges from -8° to +8°. The specimen clamp has quick loading/unloading and locking functions, and can be installed for knife feeding freely in left and right directions.

13. Two handwheel locking methods: one for locking at any position and the other for locking at the highest position on the handwheel, facilitating the replacement of tissues or blades.

14. The feeding direction of the small handwheel can be switched arbitrarily, and the speed can be adjusted.

15. Built-in data storage function, as well as built-in operation record and alarm record functions for traceability.

16. The number of sections can be set arbitrarily, and the machine will stop automatically.

17. Equipped with a soft start function to reduce vibration, improve the stability of machine operation and lower noise.

18. Error prevention for operation and emergency stop function.
